AI Analytics

AI Analytics shows what readers ask Nexus Answers and how well it answers. For each question, you can see the answer, the topics it was based on and the reader's rating. Use it to find gaps in your content, for example questions your documentation does not answer.

AI Analytics is on the Answers tab of the Statistics page. It shows one Nexus project at a time. Questions are only recorded after an administrator turns on Record questions for the project, see Turn on question recording. Recorded questions are kept for 12 months, and nothing that identifies the reader is recorded.
