Sign in using SSO
Paligo supports Single-Sign On (SSO), which you can use instead of two-factor authentication (2FA). To use it, you need to set up Paligo to connect with your SSO service.
-
In your browser, go to the URL for your Paligo instance.
-
Select the sign in option for your SSO service.
-
If you are not already signed in to your SSO service, you are prompted to sign in. Enter the required details and then proceed.
When you have successfully signed in to your SSO service, it signs you into Paligo automatically.
If you are having problems signing in with SSO, contact your SSO service administrator. Common problems include:
-
SSO service has a fault
-
Paligo cannot connect to SSO service as it has been set up incorrectly. For instructions, see Single Sign On (SSO) and SAML Integration.
-
SSO does not instruct Paligo about the group your user account belongs to. Ask your SSO admin to allocate your user account to an appropriate group.
-
Certificate issues.
If your SSO service administrator is unable to solve the problem, contact Paligo support.
