Search the docsWhat is the difference between a topic and a publication?
A topic is a self-contained piece of content, such as a task or a concept. A publication collects topics into a structure, such as a manual, a guide or a portal. Read more
How do I reuse content without copying it?
Turn the content into a component and insert it where you need it. Paligo includes it by reference, so there is only one copy to maintain. Read more
Can I publish the same content to a portal and a PDF?
Yes. Each output has its own layout, and every output publishes from the same source content. Read more
How does translation work?
Add the languages to your publication, then translate with AI or export the content for a translation service. Translations come back into the same topics, ready to review and publish. Read more
Who can see my Nexus portal?
You decide. A portal can be public, protected with a username and password, or limited to people who sign in through your identity provider. Read more
