Upload Directly to a Web Server or Portal

When you publish content in Paligo, by default the output is downloaded in a zip file. There are several options to publish content directly to:

  • Web servers or portals, see Integrations.

  • Help Desk Knowledge Base Portals - This feature requires you to integrate with one of the supported help desk portals, see Integrations. Paligo will create articles in your help center on initial publishing, and update them on subsequent publishing. But it will not delete any articles, should you remove topics on the level that become articles.

Important

Before publishing to your live help desk knowledge base, always test carefully! We recommend testing to a test trial account, or to a category marked as draft, so it's not visible to your end users until you know everything is working as you want it to.
