Passwort zurücksetzen

[en] There are two ways to reset the password for a user account:

[en] Reset Your Own Password

[en] To reset your own password:

  1. [en] Select the Forgotten password? link on the Paligo sign-in page.

  2. [en] Enter your username or email address.

  3. [en] Select Send instructions.

    [en] Paligo will send you an email that contains a link. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not receive an email, check your email spam or junk folder as our emails can sometimes go there. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer support.

  4. [en] Select the link in the reset password email.

  5. [en] Enter your New password.

    [en] Your password must contain:

    • [en] At least 8 characters

    • [en] One uppercase letter (A-Z)

    • [en] One lowercase letter (a-z)

    • [en] One number (0-9)

    • [en] One non-alphanumeric character, for example, * or $

  6. [en] Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field. It has to match your New password.

  7. [en] Select Reset password.

[en] You can now use your new password to sign in to Paligo.

[en] If you have problems signing in, contact customer support.

[en] Admin Sends Reset Password Link

[en] Administrator users can send a reset password link to other users. Paligo emails the reset password link to the email address defined in the user's Paligo account.

[en] Admin user:

  1. Melden Sie sich bei Paligo über ein Benutzerkonto mit Administratorberechtigungen an.

  2. Wählen Sie den Avatar in der oberen rechten Ecke aus. User avatar. It shows the user's image and their name. Next to the name is a downward pointing arrow, which when selected, reveals a menu.

  5. Fahren Sie mit dem Cursor über den Benutzer, für den Sie das Passwort zurücksetzen möchten, und wählen Sie Benutzer bearbeiten aus. Comment_small.png

    Anmerkung

    Wählen Sie in der Listenansicht das gepunktete Menü (...) rechts neben dem Benutzer aus und wählen Sie Bearbeiten.
