Set the Status for Salesforce articles

If you are using a Salesforce Nested Layout, you can use Salesforce Preflight to set the status of content that you publish. Depending on your requirements, you can set the status to Draft or Published for each article.

Alternatively, you can set articles to use the default, which then allows you apply the status to many articles at once from Salesforce Preflight's Global tab.
