Review questions and answers

The Answers tab shows how many questions readers asked in a time range, and lists each question with its outcome. To review the questions:

  1. Select Statistics in the top menu.

  2. Select the Answers tab.

  3. Choose the project in the project list.

  4. Choose a time range. The options are the same as for Nexus Analytics: the last 24 hours, 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 3 months or 6 months, or Custom date.

The boxes at the top count the questions in that range:

  • Questions: Every question asked, with the change compared to the previous period of the same length.

  • Answered: Questions that Nexus Answers answered from your documentation.

  • Uncertain: Questions where Nexus Answers is not sure its answer is correct. The reader may still have received an answer, for example one that only covers part of the question. This also includes questions where no topics matched, and questions that are not about your documentation.

  • Declined: Questions that the Nexus Answers safety filter blocked.

The Questions table lists each question with its Outcome, Rating, Channel and Time, newest first. The rating is the reader's own: Helpful, Not helpful, or none. The channel is where the question came from: Portal, API or MCP.

Find questions

To find questions, enter words from the question in Search questions. To narrow the list, select Filter and choose any of Outcome, Reader rating, Language, Channel and Deployment. To remove all filters, select Clear all.

See the whole conversation

Select a question to open the Conversation panel. It shows every question in that conversation, each with its answer, its sources and the reader's rating. The question you selected is marked Selected.

Export questions

Select Export to CSV to download the questions. The file holds the questions that match the current time range, search and filters.
