Turn on question recording

Question recording is off by default for every Nexus project. While it is off, Nexus Answers still answers questions, but nothing is recorded. You need to be an administrator to turn it on or off.

To turn on question recording:

  1. Select Statistics in the top menu.

  2. Select the Answers tab.

  3. Choose the project in the project list.

  4. Select the Record questions switch.

Questions asked from then on are recorded.

To stop recording, select the switch again. The questions already recorded are kept. Questions asked while recording was off are never added later.
