Navigational Topics Not Appearing in Salesforce
Did Salesforce Preflight show you that Paligo would create new Navigational Topics, but they have not appeared in Salesforce? That's most likely because you didn't include the appropriate language when you published.
If you need Paligo to create Navigational Topics, make sure you publish in the language used by your Salesforce Knowledge. Once that is done, you can publish from Paligo in as many languages as you like and it will work. It is only when you need Paligo to create a Navigational Topic that you must include the same language as your Salesforce Knowledge.
To learn how to include the languages, see Publish to Salesforce Knowledge.
Let's say your Salesforce Knowledge uses German as its primary language.
In Paligo, you work in English.
You want to publish new content from Paligo to your Salesforce Knowledge, and this will require Paligo to create two new Navigational Topics.
When you publish, you choose English only.
You check your Salesforce Knowledge and the new Navigational Topics are not included. This is because you didn't include German in the languages when you published.
You publish again and this time you include German. Paligo creates the new Navigational Topics as expected.
Some time later, you need to publish again. This time, Paligo will create new articles, but there are no new Navigational Topics. When you publish, you could publish to English only, if you wanted to, or you could publish to many languages.
You only need to include the Salesforce Knowledge primary language when you want Paligo to create new Navigational Topics.
