Switch Suggestion Mode

In the Contributor Editor Toolbar you can switch between three modes to visualize the suggested changes.

  1. Display the Suggest View

  2. Select Display Mode in the Contributor Editor Toolbar. Display mode icon. It is a black outline of a square, with two thirds of the inside white, one third shaded black.

    Display mode menu. It has options for Expanded, Compact, and Inline.

  3. Select one of the views from the menu:

    • Inline - Changes are shown in the text. If selected the change can be accepted or rejected.

    • Compact - A narrow column appears to the right with the number of changes. If the plus icon is selected, information about the change is shown. If selected the change can be accepted or rejected.

      Compact mode. Suggestions are shown in a narrow panel on the right.

    • Expanded - A bigger column appears to the right, showing information about the suggestions. If selected the change can be accepted or rejected.

      Expanded mode. Suggestions are shown in wider side panel on the right.
