Verwalten der Abschnittnummerierung (PDF)

Sie können die Nummerierung von Überschriften in der PDF-Ausgabe festlegen, z. B. „1.2 Gerät einschalten“. In der Regel wenden Sie die Nummerierung auf alle Abschnitte an (indem Sie „Abschnittstitel > Alle Abschnitte > Abschnittnummerierung“ in Layout-Editor aktivieren) oder verwenden überhaupt keine nummerierten Überschriften.

  • [en] Apply numbering to all sections

  • [en] Choose to have no numbered headings at all.

Es kann jedoch vorkommen, dass Sie eine Mischung aus nummerierten Überschriften und Überschriften ohne Nummerierung benötigen. Hierfür können Sie das Elementattribut label verwenden.

[en] To set the heading numbering:

  1. Wählen Sie Layout und dann das PDF-Layout für die Veröffentlichung aus. Alternativ können Sie ein neues PDF-Layout erstellen und bearbeiten (siehe Ein Layout erstellen).

  2. [en] Select Section Titles and then General.

  3. [en] Use the Section Numbering setting to apply the numbering that you want for the majority of your headings:

    • [en] Enable to apply numbering to the section titles

    • [en] Disable for no numbering

  4. [en] Select Save.

    [en] If you want Paligo to apply the Section Numbering setting to all of your headings, you can ignore steps 5-11.

    [en] If you want a mix of numbered headings and text-only headings, continue from step 5.

  5. Wählen Sie das Topic oder die Komponente im Content Manager aus, um es/sie im Editor zu öffnen.

    Alternativ können Sie Topics erstellen und dieses bearbeiten.

  6. Wählen Sie das section-Element im Menü „Elementstruktur“ aus.

  7. Wählen Sie Zu Element wechseln aus.

  8. Fügen Sie das Attribut label im Panel „Elementattribute“ hinzu.

    Der Wert 0 weist Paligo an, diesen Abschnitt nicht zu nummerieren.

  9. [en] Set the label value to:

    • [en] 1 if you want the section to have a numbered heading

    • [en] 0 if you want the section to have no number, only a plain text heading. The heading will appear as text-only, both in the topic itself and in the table of contents.

    [en] When you publish, any topics that have the label attribute will use that setting to determine whether they have numbered headings. They will not be affected by the Section numbering setting in the Layout. Other topics that do not have the label attribute will use the Section Numbering defined in the Layout.

  10. Drücken Sie Speichern. Save icon.

  11. [en] Repeat steps 5-10 for each topic that you want to have different section numbering to the rest of the document.
