[en] Sign in using SSO

[en] Paligo supports Single-Sign On (SSO), which you can use instead of two-factor authentication (2FA). To use it, you need to set up Paligo to connect with your SSO service.

  1. [en] In your browser, go to the URL for your Paligo instance.

  2. [en] Select the sign in option for your SSO service.

  3. [en] If you are not already signed in to your SSO service, you are prompted to sign in. Enter the required details and then proceed.

[en] When you have successfully signed in to your SSO service, it signs you into Paligo automatically.

[en] If you are having problems signing in with SSO, contact your SSO service administrator. Common problems include:

  • [en] SSO service has a fault

  • [en] Paligo cannot connect to SSO service as it has been set up incorrectly. For instructions, see Single Sign On (SSO)- und SAML-Integration.

  • [en] SSO does not instruct Paligo about the group your user account belongs to. Ask your SSO admin to allocate your user account to an appropriate group.

  • [en] Certificate issues.
