Customize the AI Answers widget
You can change what the AI Answers widget says and how it looks, to fit your portal. Leave any field blank to use the default.
To customize the widget:
Select Nexus in the top menu. You are presented with the list of current Nexus projects.
Access the project you want to configure by selecting it in the list.
Select the AI Answers tab.
In the Widget section, on the Content tab, fill in the fields you want to change:
Title: shown at the top of the widget window.
Greetings: what visitors see when they open the widget.
Input placeholder: the text shown in the empty message box.
Position: Bottom right or Bottom left. The widget appears in the same place on every page.
Select the Styling tab and set the colors you want to change. Pick each color from its swatch, or enter a hex value such as #4f46e5:
Primary color: the launcher, the send button and the header icon.
Secondary color: the background of the visitor's messages and of the text field.
Background color: the main background behind the conversation.
Text color: the main text. Secondary text uses lighter shades of this color.
To go back to the default colors, select Reset to default.
Check the Preview next to the fields. It shows the widget with your settings.
Select Save changes

Your changes reach your portal the next time you publish the project.
