Fußnoten

Fußnoten bieten sich an, wenn Sie Zitate oder Verweise zu Notizen oder in Ihrem Text hinzufügen möchten. Wenn Sie eine Fußnote hinzufügen, erscheint eine Zahl im Text, bei der es sich um einen Verweis auf einen Eintrag handelt, der am Ende der Seite oder Tabelle erscheint.

In Paligo können Sie beliebig viele Fußnoten pro Topic anlegen. Wenn Sie mehrmals auf dieselbe Fußnote im selben Topic verweisen müssen, können Sie die Fußnote einmal erstellen und dann mit Fußnotenverweisen darauf zurückverweisen.

Fußnoten hinzufügen

So fügen Sie eine Fußnote zu einem Topic hinzu:

  1. Bearbeiten Sie ein Topic und wählen Sie die Textstelle aus, an der der erste Verweis auf die Fußnote erscheinen soll.

    Anmerkung

    Wenn Sie in Ihrem Topic aus insgesamt drei Absätzen auf dieselbe Fußnote verweisen möchten, wählen Sie eine Position im ersten dieser Absätze aus.

  2. Drücken Sie Alt + Enter ⏎ (Windows) oder Command ⌘ + Enter ⏎ (Mac), um den Kontextmenü „Elemente“ anzuzeigen.

  3. Geben Sie footnote ein und wählen Sie es im Menü aus.

    Anmerkung

    Paligo fügt unter dem ausgewählten Text eine Fußnote hinzu und lässt noch ausreichend Platz für die Eingabe des Fußnotentextes. Wenn Sie den Inhalt veröffentlichen, erscheint die Fußnote nicht hier, sondern in den Fußnoten unten auf der Seite.

    Wenn Sie eine oder mehrere Fußnoten in einer Tabellenzelle hinzufügen, listet Paligo die Fußnoten hinter der Tabelle auf.

  4. Den Text für die Fußnote geben Sie in das para-Element ein, das unterhalb des footnote-Elements erscheint.

  5. Drücken Sie Speichern. Save icon.

Auf eine vorhandene Fußnote verweisen

Um auf eine Fußnote zu verweisen, die bereits in Ihrem Topic existiert, verwenden Sie das footnoteref-Element. Damit dies funktioniert, muss die Fußnote eine ID besitzen, außerdem müssen Sie auch das Attribut linkedto verwenden.

Wenn Sie das Topic veröffentlichen, verweisen sowohl footnote als auch footnoteref auf dieselbe Fußnote.

  1. Öffnen Sie das Topic, das die Fußnote enthält.

  2. Wählen Sie die Fußnote im Text aus.

  3. Siehe dazu Panel „Elementattribute“.

    • Wenn die Fußnote keine xml:ID besitzt, müssen Sie eine ID generieren, siehe Schritt 4.

    • Besitzt die Fußnote eine xml:id, überspringen Sie Schritt 4 und fahren Sie mit Schritt 5 fort, um die xml:id zu kopieren.

  4. Wählen Sie das footnote-Element im Kontextmenü „Elemente“ aus und wählen Sie ID generieren.

  5. Kopieren Sie den gesamten Wert aus xml:id einschließlich des footnote-idm-Präfixes in Panel „Elementattribute“.

  6. Wählen Sie die Position, an der die nächste Fußnote erscheinen soll.

  8. Jetzt geben Sie footnoteref ein und wählen es im Menü aus.

  9. Wählen Sie das footnoteref-Element im Text aus.

  10. Fügen Sie die xmlid der Fußnote als Wert für das linkend-Element in Panel „Elementattribute“ ein.
